During the Easter break, people in Blackpool are able to make an appointment to see a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional when their normal practice is closed.

Anybody can see a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional at the local GP-led Walk-In Centre on Whitegate Drive between 8am and 8pm everyday during the Easter break.

Pre-bookable evening and weekend appointments will also be available as normal between 6.30pm and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. To make an appointment in the evening or weekend on one of these dates please call or visit your GP practice as normal.

If you require a GP appointment or have another healthcare need during Easter then the free NHS 111 helpline can assist to make sure you get the right support from the right professional at the right time. Open 24 hours a day, everyday, the helpline is free to call from mobiles and landlines.

Trained professionals will ask you a series of questions to understand your condition and make sure you get the help you need.
