You will be asked a series of questions relating to your condition. This will make sure that they direct you to the right NHS service. You could see an A&E Doctor, a GP, Nurse or Pharmacist at the new Urgent Care Centre or be directed to a more appropriate community service.

The Walk-in Centre at Whitegate Health Centre is a convenient GP-led health service available to local residents and visitors, where you can be seen without an appointment.You can be treated for a variety of problems such as minor injuries, minor illnesses, sexual health advice, wound care and health screening.

The Walk-in Centre is open from 8am - 8pm seven days a week.

Outside of these hours please call 0300 123 1144 for your GP Out of Hours service at the Urgent Care Centre.

The centre is only for walk-in patients and is unable to deal with medical enquiries over the telephone.
