Reception will be closed the second Wednesday of every month between 12:30pm and 2:00pm for staff training.

Repeat Prescriptions:

Mondays to Friday 9:00am to 12:noon and 2:00pm to 5:00pm the number to call is 01253 863384 You are now able to order your repeat prescription 24 hours a day 7 days a week (including bank holidays), using our automated prescription service. Just telephone the usual prescription number and follow the prompts. You can also leave a message when the prescription line is busy instead of waiting to speak to a receptionist. repeat prescriptions can also be ordered online 24 hours a day seven days a week

Telephone Triage:

Telephone requests for same day appointments and some house calls may be dealt with by either the Nurse Practitioner or a Doctor.  If you require advice please do not hesitate to contact the surgery where your request will be noted and the Nurse Practitioner will call you back.

Emergencies:

The partners and deputies provide 24-hour emergency cover.  The doctors always have to deal with competing demands on their time and in deciding the best response to emergencies.  The emergency service is only for medical problems that cannot safely be left until normal working hours.  In some instances, e.g. suspected heart attacks, vomiting blood and severe breathing difficulties, the ambulance service will be the most appropriate source of help.
